Jessica Mensah

Jessica Mensah is a Director. Her work involves new stories & classical works that inspire change in society and explores Black British heritage. She was Kiln Theatre’s Mackintosh Resident Assistant Director from 2022- 2023. She has trained on programmes such as Stonecrabs Theatre Young Directors Programme (2021), RTYDS placement at tiata fahodzi (2019) and the Young Vic’s Introduction to Directing Programme (2017). Jessica studied BA Theatre and Performance at Guildford School of Acting. She has directed work for drama schools such as RADA, GSA and PPA. Her Short film I Stand Proud was nominated for two FFTG awards & Screened as part of the festival in 2021. She is also the host and Founder of the Youtube channel and podcast called ‘Living in our 20s’.
