Liz joined Headlong as Associate Producer in July 2015.
Liz first began working in Theatre as the Development and Admin Assistant at Theatre503. She initially wanted to be a Director, but it wasn’t until she began working at the Bush Theatre that producing became her clear goal.
Whilst at the Bush, Liz worked on James Graham’s The Whisky Taster, Simon Stephen’s Sea Wall and Annie Baker’s The Aliens amongst others. Upon leaving the Bush, she worked as an Independent Producer, presenting work at the Finborough Theatre, Theatre503, Etcetera, and Latitude Festival. Liz was one of the Producers for the Old Vic New Voices TS Eliot US/UK Exchange in 2011, working on A Kid Like Jake by Daniel Pearle which had a recent production at the Lincoln Centre in New York. The following year she worked on the final OVNV 24 Hour Plays at the Old Vic.
Most recently Liz worked at the Almeida Theatre as Assistant Producer. During her four years there she worked on a great number of shows including the West End transfers of Chimerica, Ghosts, 1984 and King Charles III, two of which were co-productions with Headlong. American Psycho: A New Musical Thriller was the third of a trio of Headlong co-productions between the two companies. She produced the 2013 Almeida Festival, took the Almeida’s first Latitude Festival production to Henham Park in 2014, and a number of other site specific productions, including The Fever by Wallace Shawn directed by Robert Icke at the May Fair Hotel in 2015.
