Kirstin joined Headlong in 2014 as the Development Consultant.
Before becoming a consultant in fundraising, Kirstin was Head of Development at the Royal Shakespeare Company for ten years (2004 to 2014); ensuring funds were raised towards the work on and off the stage during the Transforming our Theatres capital campaign. From 1999 to 2004 she was the Business Development Manager at the Royal Opera House, building up a portfolio of sponsors and partners around the then newly reopened building as well as the shows, outreach and education work. Previously to specialising within arts fundraising, she worked in advertising as a copywriter; with a focus on campaigns for clients such as RSPB and Oxfam.
Kirstin has a BA in History from Sussex University and MA in Text and Performance Studies from King's College, London and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
